Admin Marketing

We are currently seeking a Marketing Administrator responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations in our company. The ideal Administrator will possess strong multitasking abilities, able to thrive in a busy environment, and have expertise in time management.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily administration including data processing, filing, and document preparation.
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and incoming mail, directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintaining office inventory and placing orders for office supplies as needed.
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and providing general administrative support.
  • Providing excellent customer service by offering accurate information and assisting in resolving inquiries or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative position preferred.
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written Indonesian.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time (working from Monday to Saturday, 8-hour shift, 08:00 to 19:00 WIB)
